We are sorry but that type of activity is not allowed at the resort, please do not ask. We do not judge nor condone but do not wish to be involved in these activities and do not have the ability to assist you in these areas. We are a legal operation and these types of activities are illegal in the Dominican Republic. If these are items you are looking for we probably aren't the resort for you. Your best bet is to rent a private apartment condo somewhere where you can avoid other people.

Or you could try visiting Washington state, where it was just made legal.

Well, there were actually a lot of states that recently legalized it (from the weed perspective anyway, not the other items) but keep in mind it is still illegal at the federal level and if the government wants to act remember federal law trumps state law.

As always thank you all for your comments and joining in, we do appreciate it. I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread to avoid the potential legal debate about US law as it will not help our customers. The fact of the matter is that is isnt legal in the Dominican.
